Gourmet Honey Creamed Cheese Icing


1 block of plain creamed cheese, softened

1/4 cup of Tu-Bees Gourmet Honey (any flavour)

Recipe Directions

Whip softened cream cheese until completely smooth. Add the gourmet honey and continue to blend until smooth. Use as a spread for bagels, buns, or breads. Perfect for icing cakes.

Peanut Butter Honey Bees


1/4 cup butter

1 cup peanut butter

1 TBSP Tu-Bees Honey (any flavour or pure creamed)

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 ½ cup graham crumbs

1 oz. semi sweet chocolate

1/3 cup sliced toasted almonds

Recipe Directions

Combine butter, peanut butter and honey together.  Add powdered sugar and slowly add graham crumbs until you have a dough that is non-sticky and can be rolled into an oval ball.

Roll our balls, flatten to resemble bees.

Melt the semi sweet chocolate and drizzle over the bees.  Insert slices almonds as wings.

Easy Peasy Crumb Cake


1/2 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup Gourmet Honey (Raspberry, Black Cherry, Cinnamon, Maple, Saskatoon Berry)

2 eggs

1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions

Combine the topping ingredients and set aside.


In a large bowl, cream the butter and honey until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.


Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture and mix well.


Spread half into a greased 9-in. square baking pan.

Sprinkle half of the topping ingredients over the batter.  Carefully spread remaining batter on top and sprinkle the remaining topping on. With a knife, gently swirl topping ingredients into the batter.


Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until done (when a toothpick from the centre comes out clean)

Cool for 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
